With the popularity of Casio's line of "G-Shock" watches, Casio has decided to delve into the ever competitive field of cellular phones. Their newest device, the G'zOne Brigade follows the same military specs as their watches including features such as standards for shock, vibration, dust, moisture, and extreme temperatures. It is a very heavy phone and is built to be indestructible in comparison to say the oh so fragile Apple iPhone or HTC Hero. The phone sports a clock display on the outside and opens up to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. Based on reviews, the keyboard feels great and the keys have excellent spacing. This phone is clearly designed for people who either are very clumsy with their phone or work in outdoor environments. The phone is coming to Verizon's wireless network although no release date or pricing information has been released.
