Lady Gaga originally wrote her smash "Telephone" for pop star Britney Spears back in 2008 for her "Circus" album. Spears recorded a demo of the track and later turned it down. Gaga took it back and asked fellow tart Beyoncé to join her on the track and the rest is history.
The track regardless of any version is generic and borderline dull and tacky.
