Singer Erykah Badu was slapped with a disorderly conduct citation with a $500 fine following her new video for her song "Window Seat" in which she takes off all of her clothes and feigns being shot in the head in Dallas's Dealey Plaza, the same plaza where John F. Kennedy. Originally, no witnesses came forward to say they were offended by seeing Badu strip in public but since the video has hit the internet, three people have came out to say they were offended.
