50 Cent gives his take on censorship double standards between hip hop & female pop videos

It could be that whoever is in charge of censorship simply wants to put female artists in the drivers seat when it comes to promoting themselves in a way that COULD be deemed as derogatory... But I definitely feel where 50 is coming from. It seems as if female, mainstream pop artists are free to market themselves (AND their videos) as they please. However, when some of the same strategies are used for the purposes of promoting male, hip hop/rap artists... ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE! Let's be clear, I'm not saying that I advocate the objectification of women. What I am in support of is musical artists receiving the same treatment across the board regardless of gender, genre or any other distinguishing characteristics. I'm rockin' with you on this one 50.
