With release of XXL's 10 Freshman for '10 issue, I was quite surprised to see the man we all know as Waka Flocka Flame left off. Waka's influence has already been felt and he hasn't even been rapping for more than a year from the millions of remix's to his debut single "Oh Lets Do It" to the millions of people across the United States randomly yelling out "FLOCKA!" at the most random moments, he is quickly becoming a fan favorite. He has already had a greater influence then every freshman on the cover of the magazine, that is why Waka Flocka Flames AKA Lebron Flocka James is the true rookie of the year. FLOCKA!!!!
