So if you remember my list from March about my most anticipated albums, 3 of which been reviewed on this site ( B.o.B, Robyn and Kelis). Now we move to the fourth one to arrive in my box, Uffie's debut that's seen more push backs and first singles than the pussycat dolls change members.
The album itself is fun and playful and just all around wholesome in a DIRTY way. The bulk of the material honestly has no true feel of anything worth mentioning nor shit we should give a fuck about, but that's what makes this album worth the listen. Uffie speaks little on subjects about her kid, her husband and generally how cool she is, something what Ke$ha tries to but fails miserably. The sound of the album also ranges from electropop to dance based old school hip-hop to the kicking style of Dubstep. All in all the album makes due for a fun day out with your friends for what I like to call "Beach Music".
Uffie definately gets the party started.
